Alyssa Zander helps people-pleasing perfectionists who overgive become confident and empowered so that they can feel seen, heard, and receive more reciprocal loving relationships. Her journey has been anything but neat and tidy. She’s the first to admit it’s been messy, chaotic, and can get pretty dark from time to time. She began to embrace the life, death, rebirth cycle and was initiated into being a Shadow Work Alchemist. Friends call her the "Priestess of the Underworld." Her work is to journey with you to your depths; to witness and acknowledge the shadows so that you can come into the full embrace of all that you are. She supports women in uncovering what is hidden so that they can live a more authentic and sovereign life. Her book Healing the Mother Wound: with Mother Earth was released June 2023.
